Who attends the One Week Intensive?

Beginners to advanced players of all ages and backgrounds who want to improve their playing ability. We identify your current level and show you how to improve as a player.

What do I need to bring with me?

Drummers and piano players do not need to bring their instruments with them. For all other instruments, you will need to bring your own (Guitar, bass, saxophone, trumpet, etc… )

How should I prepare for the One-Week Intensive?

You don’t need to prepare to come study with us. We want to see where you are at so we can help you to achieve your goals. We will also provide all the text books and materials that you will need for each course or Master Class.

What if I have to cancel?

If you decide to cancel within three business days after you have signed The Student Enrollment Agreement and made full payment BEFORE the One-Week Intensive, we will refund you all of your money.

If you have to cancel for ANY reason BEFORE the One-Week Intensive, we will refund all of your money except for the Registration Fee.

If you decide to cancel after attending the first day of the One-Week Intensive, we will refund you 80% of the tuition fees. Due to the short length of this program, any cancellation on the second day and thereafter will result in no refund.

Cancellation must be made in person or by certified mail addressed to The Players School of Music. The full refund will be made within thirty days of termination or receipt of Cancellation Notice.

What if I have to leave due to an emergency during the week?

If the student needs a leave of absence due to a family emergency or medical reason, the student may return during another One-Week Intensive to complete the remaining classes. Each leave of absence will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If the student does not re-enter within six months after leaving the school The Student Enrollment Agreement will be terminated and he or she will be granted a refund according to this refund policy.

What if the school cancels the One-Week Intensive?

If we cancel the One-Week Intensive Program, you will receive a full refund of all your money including registration and tuition fees. However, we are not liable for any other expenses incurred by you outside the school.
